Qigong Tai Chi

Qigong Tai Chi sessions take place weekly in our centre with our tutor Sally Haynes-Preece who focusses on improving the physical health and well being of our service users. Everyone is able to participate in this activity.

We at CPM have our very own musical band who are an improvised music group steered by tutor Matthew Hayle. Band members have recently performed at The Edge in Digbeth and encouraged to develop their musical talents, vocal and instrumental skills as well as performing. For more information about the band please visit their web page.
Inspire art is a group that was set up to encourage our client’s creativity and imagination through the creation of various art pieces. These range from paintings, sketches, 3D sculptures and many more. The group is led by our amazing art tutor Mark Jenkins, a freelance artist, who encourages all of our clients to express themselves, through art, in whichever way they wish. Anyone in the centre is welcome to come and join. We meet every Monday and Thursday.
Being Heard is our musical project. The group receives weekly lessons in vocal tuition, as well as learning about music composition and practices with Music Tutor Richard Ganner. The aim of the project is to empower people through music and develop their talents.
