This session, taking place on Thursday 27th July 2017 starting at 10.00am at Cerebral Palsy Midlands is for all parents, care professionals and for those with disability. 
 
This 'Looking Forward' parent & carer group session is an informal discussion about legal issues relevant to those affected by cerebral palsy, including Education and Healthcare Plans for children, access to community care for adults and legal help when things go wrong. Ann Houghton (http://www.anthonycollins.com/why-choose-us/meet-our-team/ann-houghton/), a solicitor at Anthony Collins Solicitors in Birmingham, will be visiting with her colleague, Nsiem Akhtar, a social worker, to talk about a wide range of legal issues including access to health and social care services (http://www.anthonycollins.com/who-we-help/individuals/community-care-claims/) and help when someone has been injured as a result of negligence (http://www.anthonycollins.com/who-we-help/individuals/medical-or-clinical-negligence/).
